If i given an operator access to more than two team member of my team, and both of the team member can annotate at same time?

If both of team members can annotate paralelly then the annotation are updated in real time.

Yes,it will work if all your team members annotate different images in the same image set, then the annotation will be updated in real time for all the images that no problem. Please try this
