Today I came across the situation that , one of the manual annotation report i created , I want those annotations to be exported to GeoJSON or something so that I can import then in one of the training tasks on same set of images, is this possible ? This will save my time.

Yes, you have the option to export annotations in the manual annotation report as Export Data , and you can also import the same JSON into the training task
