I have done all the calibrations using AeroGCS Config but wanted to do some tuning of drone and change some parameters. From where I can change the parameters ?

Welcome. For configuring or setting the parameters for tuning you can use Advanced setting option. Once drone is connected you can see this option in RPA configuration section. In that you can search the desired parameter and change its value by clicking on the parameter. Please refer the screenshot and revert if you have any doubt.
