No only PDRL based firmware can be flashed using AeroGCS Config.

Custom files are not possible because PDRL assists drone OEMs in obtaining drone certification and acquiring the UIN number. In this scenario, the firmware must be tamper-proof, and that is what gets verified within the AeroGCS Config.
