What is use the use of planner in this?

using planner you can schedule the work distribution as per role.
for e.g.
if you are a pilot and manager want to schedule a flight for you so he can do that using the same.
If you are an operator and if manger wants to schedule the annotation task then it can be schedule by the manager.
