whenever I try to register the drone, after a successful connection, it shows the message that the drone ID is empty, Why?

that means it is unable to fetch the id from your hardware! try reconnect the drone. Disconnect - connect

Hello @Abhishek_Verman , I think you are using simulator for testing. For getting the droneID follow the given steps. Firstly go to the about section of your PC. [image] Now click on rename this pc button and rename the PC with “DESKTOP” name in its initial. [image] Now restart your PC and start the simulator again and connect to AeroGCS GREEN app and check whether the DroneID is getting fetch or not. Kindly revert if any doubts.
